Co-Founder, Meerumaa Events & Kahika Bistro

Kiki is the visionary behind Kahika Pvt Ltd and the co-founder of both Meerumaa Events and Kahika Bistro. Together with her cousin and creative partner, Aishath Sheri Ahmed, she has built two distinct yet connected ventures: one curating meaningful events, and the other celebrating people through good food and welcoming spaces.

With a background in event management and a degree in Business Information Systems, Kiki combines strategy with creativity in everything she does. From corporate functions to intimate gatherings, her approach is with thoughtful planning, design-led thinking, and a genuine love for bringing people together.

Kiki’s leadership style is intentional and collaborative. Whether she’s refining an event concept or experimenting with café recipes after her travels, she brings energy, curiosity and care to every project. Her inspiration often comes from the details others might overlook, and yes, she has a fun shoe addiction, always hunting for the next perfect pair.

Her guiding belief is simple: create with purpose, lead with love, and always leave room for something unexpected.

Aishath Shareehan Ahmed (Sheri)

Director of Events

Sheri is the co-founder of Meerumaa Events and Kahika Bistro, brought on board by her cousin and creative partner, Kiki. Their shared values and strong creative synergy continue to influence the way they grow their ventures.

With a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from Mod’Art International Paris and further studies in the UK and Sri Lanka, Sheri brings a refined eye for aesthetics, structure, and quality. Her experience spans over a decade across events, fashion, hospitality, and the creative industries, locally and internationally.

As Director of Events, Sheri leads the planning, coordination, and execution of all Meerumaa Events. Her background as a designer, art director, and event coordinator gives her the tools to deliver thoughtful, well-executed experiences that balance visual impact with logistical precision.

A passionate artist at heart, her original artwork is proudly displayed at Kahika Bistro, adding a personal touch to the space. Sheri continues to draw on her creative roots as she works alongside Kiki to grow their businesses with intention and heart.
